May not be too bad if he keeps his diet clean and keeps training hard. He def will rebound harder if he slammed t3/clen and heavily used a diarrhetic.
He should have documented the whole process.
the first few shows everyone does goes over board after the show - you cannot stop eating shity food.. ive done - i couldn't stop. and the bigger you from the start of your prep the worse it is for a rebound.....
you stop doing cardio completely
go into prep pretty pealed and life is easier in prep and post show too.
ive seen guys get soft in basically 2 weeks. guys loose abs in 14 days after 14 weeks of dieting! ugh
reverse dieting is key/and keep doing cardio too
