If I had the motivation to train twice a week I might get my arms larger.

You have big ass upper arms for your age or for any age but forearms sorely lacking, and I am sure they are rock hard when flexed but that doesn't make them lean, a dietian told me that any men's arm is solid when flexed but it doesn't show it is lean.
You are full of glycogen with all that comfort eating, it helps your muscle fullness, but please stop dreaming upon improving over your prime past..
Not many will be that big at 77, so enjoy...
