Travolta gives his own height as a little over 6" in a few interviews I've seen, so 6' 2" isn't that big a jump.

I remember an interview with a custom California shoe maker / cobbler who did work with Stallone and others during the late 80's, early 90's. The goal for Stallone's shoes was to try and get an extra 3" of height using lifts on the inside and outside.

I'm a short guy, and I freely admit it kinda sucks overall. However, I can't imagine being so bothered, and insecure that I would spend (probably) well over $100K on shoes in my lifetime. Let alone walk around trying to balance on specially made platforms every day. No one is fooled in person or in a pic that shows him head to toes.

Anyone have the pic of him, Arnold, and Franco outside where Sly is clearly wearing lifts way back then?

I'm assuming that 1st is from the 80's, so that means 40 years of walking on 3 inch platforms of some sort. That has to just kill your feet, ankles, and knees.
