The light of my day these days is hanging with my baby girls at McDonald’s while healing at the same time. One week after 4 level neck fusion surgery I’ve never felt as good as I do now. God is good all the time. Although I’m hoping this is my last surgery I’m very optimistic it will not be the last one but I can hope and dream. My Dr did tell me I need spine correctory surgery, I’m just enjoying being almost pain free. Just the thought of being pain free brings a big ole smile to my face.

I can't even begin to imagine the amount of pain killers this man must be taking.

Ron is an orthopedic surgeon cash cow... so is Hulk Hogan.

Is he getting fusions? With fusions, the rest of the discs go out in time.

Yes he's had too many fusions, or re-do fusions to count. Needing "corrective surgery" means he is likely developing a deformity. $:-\$

Without drugs he would have been an incredible muscular gym rat. Maybe capable of winning something like a Mr. Texas contest. Instead of 800lbs squats and dead he might have been limited to 600lbs. Maybe a 405lbs bench. He would be healthy and strong now instead of a cripple if my crystal ball is working. I wish him nothing but the best but if you put rocket fuel in a car and floor it eventually that fast car's motor will self destruct.

Also, you need to add lifting form and after care into the mix.
