Kyle Yorlets, the lead singer of Carverton, was robbed and gunned down behind his home at about 3 p.m. on Thursday. On Friday, three girls — ages 12, 14, and 15 — and two boys — 13 and 16 — were all charged with criminal homicide after being arrested at a local Wal-Mart.

Night and fucking day! It would be considered a hate crime and the media would have a fucking shit storm with it!

The worst part of this is that they will all most likely be tried as a minor, and will get sent to Adolescent Facilities, which are an absolute joke! 7 days maximum SHU time, regardless of their behavior! Have to give them 10 minutes of time out and counsel them (with their social worker present) before you can give them a misbehavior report. My buddy works at one and says it's an absolute shit show! There are cameras at every square inch of the facility, and he said this scum bags use that to their advantage like you couldn't even believe. Will tell the CO to go suck a dick or threaten them, and then just go to their room (laughing all the way mind you) for 10 minutes and get a counseling.
I can't wait for those same little entitled pussies to have to come "Up North" when they age out of the YO facility. Man that is gonna be a real eye opener in so many ways! lol

I was reading an article, which didn't identify them, and it mentioned this:

Before clicking this, I really hoped in my mind it wasn't black on white as I almost KNEW it would be. While generally conservative, I really try to be open minded and non judgemental which is why before clicking this I really hoped it wasn't black on white hate crime as has become tolerated in America.
