Having a waist size that small actually looks awkward imo

Doesn’t seem right, the flow, guys like Shawn, flex, Nubret, Zane, Reeves all flow and look better

Prob why he decided to have a 50 inch waist nowadays, said fuck it, too much work to maintain

This is the second time I've seen this pic of Buchanan posted. Those competitive pics are 3 decades old. What do u expect him to look like? Aside from the fact that you really can't see anything in the new pic. He's wearing a baggy tank top that's half tucked into his sweat pants. Really looking at the picture it doesn't look like his belly is particularly big. He just looks like an old black guy with good genetics.

I wonder if anyone with normie genetics could succeed with his marathon pump workouts.

I tried it a few times for extended periods but just got weaker and flatter.
