you ever dieted?
I've thought about it, but I'd rather be big.
Well, sorta.  I'd rather have an everyday, easy to maintain, health look.  You know?
It's hard with kids.  I went to McDonald's today with my daughters.  Even a day or two a week of "cheat day" eating can throw a physique off if you want to get really, really lean.  I wanted to compete in the 2017 Mr. Thunder Bay contest, but when I found out that it would cost about $1,000 to enter, my tickets for some family members, and buy pictures from the official photographers [the only ones allowed to take photos or videos], I opted out.
I can't say I got close.  I'm probably for sure no fatter than 16% body fat here.  I may be 14%, but people have a tendency to underestimate their body fat.  I can maintain this condition without any significant lifestyle changes.  Even then the photos are deceiving because they are photos taken while pumped up - give it 60 minutes and I no longer look like this.  Hell, give it 15 minutes.
So I try to stay around this mark.  My dad bod, I guess.  I also think it's bull when women say they prefer actual dad bods - I find that women tend to get annoyed when a man looks better than they do.  Some of them anyway.  But for me, I have to consider the physique that I can maintain given my lifestyle.
PS - Rob would ratherbebig?
