I love starbucks - there is one walking distance to me and on my way to the office.

it is nice to grab the paper - read the headlines, employees treat me well, always hot scottsdale chics in there. so for me it is the vibe and a good way to start my day.  its not the coffee.... plus i dont go to bars much anymore so a $2.75 coffee is much cheaper then when i used to drink

As two of the larger men on this forum, I feel we can have a coridal disagreement here.

When I travel for work, there is often drinking.  The comobo of the Starbucks cold pressed juice/venti coffee/greek yogurt and bacon&egg sandwich is an easy go to to maximize sleep, aid any hangover recovery, and get some food in you before the meetings start.

I have one of those Keurig machines for use at home and I also bought the adaptor so that I can buy whatever coffee I want and not be an indentured servant to K-Cups. I am thinking of getting a Percolator as I think they look bitchin' in a retro way.  What holds me back from getting one is I don't often drink more than a cup or two in the morning and the same in the afternoon so it might be a waste. 

As for Barfux, I've been there to buy gift cards for friends that like the place but that's pretty much it for me.

Thanks!  I will look into one of those.  A co-worker has a small coffee press thing he uses at work a couple of times a week depending on whether or not he remembers to bring his coffee in with him to work.  Most of the time he uses a K-Cup machine but when he wants "real" coffee he uses his press.

How do they work?

Just fill with water the lower part (cup).
Put coffee (in powder) in the filter (which goes over the lower cup).
Place on fire for 3/4 minutes and you have your Italian coffee.  

Edit: the smaller the version the best coffee will be. Versions for 4 to max 6 coffee at a time are the best.
