Am the only one that has no interest in arm wrestling? One thing for sure it has nothing to do with the strength of your bicep and tricep.

Even though it seems alot of them have freaky looking arms. You can usually tell an arm wrestler from a mile away.

Wrong. Arm strength is important. Essential.

Cyplenkov talked about here has the world record strict bicep curl. Beat it by a large margin.
