What good is a diet it if you can’t stick to it? That’s the problem with this. Nobody’s going to just eat meat long term.

Lol, dude I fart maybe once a day, not to mention I'm regular daily, also solid stools every time, no diarrhea,  no loose stools..nothing.  Fiber does more harm than good.

Here is a very enlightening presentation re fibre and how we've been misled

Very interesting!  Learn something new everyday.

I used to know this lifetime vegetarian who once developed a tear in his colon.  I don't know the cause, but the doctors told him to stick to a very low fiber diet until he had completely recovered.  It seemed like very difficult instructions for a vegetarian to follow.  At the time, I also thought that was very strange for doctors to say since I always thought fiber was good for your colon.  It's all starting to make sense now.

Vegetarians Have Fewer Cancers But Higher Risk Of Colorectal Cancer, Study

By Catharine Paddock PhD | Published Monday 16 March 2009

UK researchers found that vegetarians had a lower overall cancer rate than meat eaters, but contrary to suggestions from other studies, they found a higher rate of colorectal cancer among the vegetarians than among the meat eaters.

Good debate on this subject between Getbig favorite Layne Norton and the ironically named carnivore diet advocate  Paul Saladino.

The latters’ arguments against plants is that they have anti-nutrients which are toxic, but the hole in that argument is that the amounts are too small to do any damage.

Looking at it from a strictly biological standpoint, it’s hard to buy that humans made it through the ages by only eating animals, many of which are faster and stronger than us.

Humans’ being omnivores is much more realistic.

It's inconvenient and very anti-social.  Without drugs, intense workouts are not possible.  I've gotten much better results with traditional dieting and morning cardio.
