Basil at 97 has more tricep shape and defenition with his arm bent than goodrum has almost hyperextending his arm

The reality of the situation is Vince G has an incredible genetic structure - full muscle bellies, complete " long " insertions, great calves . . . He chose not to supplement on the side of the fence which one needs to hold muscle while dieting. If he was a gear / force feeder, he would have been massive.

Venom Vince Versace has big arms and calves

Basil has big arms and used to look incredible obviously much older now so doing good

Both have a belly but don’t think either care to much.

When you compare the two photos, it looks a bit non-communicative that Goodrum looks down on his phone.

Whether or not force feeding was necessary for an elite bodybuilder wasn’t my point, Vince is 300lbs of morbid obesity just by eating normal he’d be fucking bedridden if he ate any more than he already is
