Some guy on Anabolex posted a video of himself doing inclines with 210 lb dumbbells. He also has the unofficial incline bench record of 530 lb.

Those were some weird looking dumbbells in the 210 incline clip. I thought they would look goofy- too wide or something. Did they somehow design thin plates on the db?

270 lb dumbells? There used to be a gym in Hawaii with 300 lb dumbells was that where they were pressed?

i did concentration curls with 350's back in 88'.

Well If your 250lbs and can do 10 pushups then technically you can claim you can bench a 250lb dumbell for 10.

Does anybody else wonder whether he really believes this?

That was the old World Gym.  Those DB's along with all the 200+ DB's are now at the Gold's Gym in Honolulu,  No one that I know of have pressed them but numerous guys have rowed them including Ronnie for 12 good reps.  I know a few guys who do close grip benches with just one of them.  They hold the ends and its like doing close grip benches.  Pretty cool.  I rolled them one day to the rack.
