The equation for Power is Work/Time. Work = Force x Distance.

Who is really using more power, Fat Fuck Powerlifters with their 3 rep, three inch range of motion, sets with 5 min rest in between, or bodybuilders doing 10 reps, full range of motion with 1 min rest?🤔

True.  Powerlifting should be called weightlifting and Olympic weightlifting should be called powerlifting.  Weightlifting already had the name before powerlifting was invented as a sport so it was too late to change the name.
