Mike, I hope you are doing the NOVICE at least- because, well, just say that Simon Cowell wouldnt be to nice when jusdging you..

First off, your coming across like your gonna put soem POWER STRONG MUSIC to your routine. Alas, you need a POWERULL PHYSIQUE to match this type of music my friend. That abs/quad shot really exposes a bodybuiolders weaknesses/strengths. You not only lack mass, but definition, and development in your abs and well any devlopment in your legs.
Me, I dieted till i over dieted for my first show- bc I knew I didnt have the mass yet, i was determined to be in fantastic shape. that is my advice to you. Diet your ASS off, so you dont make a complete fool out of yourself. Ther eis NOTHING WORSE/ EMBARASSING that watching a guy on stage go throug these POWER poses, to some COman the BArbarian Music with looks like a Swimmer. loolloll. I wouldnt be a competitor laughing, Id be one that thinks "Well, they have the courage to do this- I just feel embarassed for them"...but you ll have your hecklers i guarantee you.
Someone can be lacking in the size area on stage, but you better make sure you have NO LOOSE SKIN, and your fuking TIGHT and DRY that day, otherwise your introuble, because of your overall lack muscularity.
Hell Mike, I was natural for all 4 of my shows, all I drak was protein and ate multis, and i looked way better than you, and you take gear too..I hope you take what I wrote and really focus on your diet...for your sake..
