Captain obvious say he should cut back to 300lbs and do a slow negative to a pause. That $50 buck Walmart bench looks like it's about to fall apart.

Same guy. He bulked to really pretty strong in a short period -

The back story is he was a pretty regular guy till about 15 years or so back when a bike accident scrambled his brain, and almost killed him. After, that he developed into this "new" person.
