I didn’t say they’re bad I stated overated! All you Dorian lovers on here didn’t catch on he was preaching squats weren’t necessary! All the Dorian lovers on here are slipping! I’ve had a fukd up shoulder I don’t have to do much these days I’m 300 pounds but once my shoulder is clear I will do more!

I'm not a Dorian lover and I have argued against HIT for months on here.  I haven't done benches with a bar in 8 years.  I do 12-20 rep sets with dumbbells and lots of different pushup variations.

You said they are injury prone exercises and they dont serve a good purpose for training hence my use of the word bad. We're arguing semantics.

The real question is what to do reccomend instead, what are you doing now for training?

Like the earlier post lost of push-up variations I’m limited to chest press machines can’t even do dumbbells right now I do a lot of pushups! As far as legs go just lots of extensions and leg presses, a lot of one leg isolation moves work well! Once your damn near 45 training just isn’t the same! Plus I’m waiting to get into a better gym once my shoulder clears, then I will do more!

I'm not liking the way that kid does his neck bridges, twisting his neck as he's going back and forth.
