Do guys really wear yoga panty hose type workout pants today? I don't see it in my gym.
I got in a rut of using indoor cardio equipment. The treadmill is a useful tool but I think using it exclusively is problematic. I think it doesn't train the leg bicep enough. Running outside you are pulling with the leg and on a treadmill you are just gliding back with your leg. Started having slight hamstring pulls doing intervals on a treadmill.
Doing the outside thing no matter what the weather.
