Impressive

But I think it would be better to do reps with 405, rather than risk tearing a pec or a tricep

But, very impressive

Wouldn’t have used a spotter at all.First time I got 500 many years ago didn’t have a spot as it is much more motivating.Strong Guy no doubt but put that ass back on the bench and make it 455 as it essentially turned into a decline press.Still strong just saying I don’t like lift offs or ass off bench pressing.

And you're body has been taking a beating for over 15 freaking years.  Hate the Steelers, but I have always been a fan of JH.  I've only seen a couple YT clips, but he seems fairly good and candid in the media now too.  Can't remember which show it was though?

Great taste in wine too.  My man is drinking Caymus, Opus One, and a 98 Vega Sicilia.  Proper Reds right there.

Wow!!!

Who is this N?  I have never heard of this N before.  Is this a former football playing N?  I thought you were referring to...that UK bodybuilder, whose name was Harrison, I think.  He likely competed in one of the English Pro Shows, maybe around 1996.

Is the strength of this N in this Instagram video average for football playing N's?  Unreal, if true.

Or this this N a genetic freak N, even among genetic freak N's?

Amazing coloured athlete!
