I much as I hate to admit it, Phil wins this in a landslide.  Lee's arms are great, but are the length of the average 16 month old.

yes,  many times i was approached  by proclaimed world caliber arm wrestlers. they would always say they never wrestled anyone that looked like me and would i mind if they tried.  i have never lost.

now my connective tissue is too messed up and i would pop a tendon or ligament before my muscle would fail.

i learnt the technique when i was young, so that helped.  same as fighting. big muscles don't make you win, but if you have the ability to
win the stronger you get the better.

Realise this is an academic- if not pointless- question, but what did you do specifically to train your forearms?   ;D

grip strength doesn't always equate to being good at arm wrestling. i know a guy who can close the 350 lb hand grips anything 200 lbs and under breaks in his hands , yet he's  not that good at arm wrestling.

Yes, you need strength in the bicep, triceps, forearm, shoulder and lats as well but having insane grip strength is a start.

Interesting, so are guys like Brzenk gifted in the robustness department? He seems to have not suffered much albeit beating the shit out of his arms/shoulders with huge dudes for decades.

i never did any specific grip test, other than at the chiropractor to see any nerve impingement. when i would let go after an arm wrestle the
guy would have a circular bruise around his thumb from my grip.

i wasn't a bodybuilder and i wasn't a motocross racer.
they were just hobbies i had, not a title on a business card
