This gentleman has lived in the same home in Rancho Cucamonga since 2004.  

He has refinanced his mortgage 3 times, and defaulted on his mortgage twice.

He's had and currently has, multiple state and fedaral tax liens for unpaid taxes.  He also had a mechanics lien against his property in 2016, for not paying a contractor, for window work.  I wouldn't say he's smart or rich.   :-\

Primerica is no different than any other insurance and investing company and its a cheapiest way to get your insurance and broker's license.   A POS person will scam anyone regardless as to what company they are at
