Very rarely do we get a glimpse of what Hollywood actors/actresses are truly like when off camera. The few times we do get to know about them, we often find out that they're assholes (Russell Crowe, Justin Bieber, Bill Cosby, Kanye West etc.) and completely unable to relate to everyday people. Then, we get to hear/read more and more about Keanu Reeves and you realize that he appears/seems to be a very good and humble person. It's a great testament to his character in that he hasn't allowed for fame and money to change him in a way that makes him incapable of sharing in basic human experiences and doing so while having a great attitude about things.
I echo the sentiment of SF1900 CSN MFT and will also continue to support his movie projects.

Keanu and Timberlake actually seem like really good dudes that have done their best to stay human, and not buy into their own hype. I remember a few years back when JT was on the news for almost getting hit by a car while WALKING to get some grub.
I didn't see the clip to know how much or what portion, but he did a show in the midwest recently and he apparently announced it was the highest grossing show ever there, and the proceeds (again don't know what %) were going to help the flood victims, he worked it out with Live Nation to match, and he was going to have drinking water shipped in. That's pretty cool if all true.

I saw this story on yahoo last night, and watched one of the videos included that showed him in the van with other passengers from the flight. At one point it said "Recap: Keanu got a gatorade, and bananas" when they stopped at a convenience store. LOL! Really people? You mean to tell me an actor drinks fluids, and eats fruit
The idol worship of celebrities in our county is just absurd!
