He is a fuckiing pos racist straightaphobic liar that filed a false police report alleging a hate crime, and then went on tv and continued to perpetuate the lie that he was attacked by straight white Trump supporters. He would have gladly not only let two innocent white males serve time for his lie, but would have started a movement and befitted career-wise and financially.

I'm not a boycott rah-rah person, but if he gets hired back by Fox I will not watch one single minute of that company's programming. Not even news. I hope the rest of America follows.

This was the first nation-wide hate crime, and he's apparently going to get jack shit for punishment. They're saying his record will be wiped totally clean......off of a technicality.

BTW, it's odd that this emergency hearing happened within days of it becoming national news that a former Obama aid was trying to make this go away b4 he was charged.

They are saying they're considering his "community service" BEFORE the crime as his punishment. I guess going around to rallies and spreading the myth that all white straight males hate blacks and gays is community service.

How is that different from a white guy charged with a hate crime having charges dropped because of his community service while attending KKK rallies?

The dual justice system strikes again? Fact is, the law doesn't apply to famous wealthy connected people. A black homo actor in Chicago is basically royalty. But, if one of us ever fucks up... we will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

If he's innocent then so be it. Tell me he didn't do it. Dropping the charges is a slap in the face to all decent law abiding Americans. Especially those of us who are white Trump voters with MAGA hats. You know, the people that were framed for this bullshit attack.

Nope, it's a disgusting display of true privilege for rich celebrities who have political connections. In my mind this is the greatest abuse and tragedy of our judicial system since OJ.....actually even more so. At least OJ had to sit in jail for a while, and face a jury while going through a lengthy trial.

Chicago, NY, an CA should be put on the 2020 ballet to be dropped from the union. They don't obey national law (sanctuary cities), and are a drain on our entire tax system due to that and other leftist policies.

Can't wait to see Trump's tweets, or hear a speech (ya know CNN is going to bait him on the WH lawn) if they don't say he's innocent and that's the reason it's dropped.

They can't say he's innocent though. The CPD press conference laid out overwhelming evidence, and said he wasn't even giving us the most damning stuff. I bet u guys that conference and the media coverage is part of why this is happening (charges dropped completely)

I have been saying this over and over for years. This country DID NOT suddenly become divided, and hateful to anyone with an opposing view when Donald Trump came down the escalator to announce.

It began with the 2008 campaign, and specifically the Democratic candidates and primaries where identity politics tricked America into voting for a complete pile of shit anti-colonialist that was hell bent on weakening America and destroying our way of life.

The divisiveness just escalated when real Americans fought back with their votes, and gays and minorities got all pissy because they're being lied to by CNN and the rest of MSM so badly that they are convinced Trump hates blacks, hispanics, and gays.

He's actually done more to make blacks and hispanics life better in 2 years than Obama in 8. He doesn't give a flying fuck about whether gays marry, and he certainly isn't looking to take away their voting rights.
