Good morning-
I'm 48, been training forever, did a couple of shows, a few cycles ,the usual retarded shit we do as males...
I also noticed it around 35...However, I feel better now than I ever have, no aches/pains, low blood pressure, cholesterol etc...
I was around 220 my entire adult life(I'm a short 6', meaning 5'10 +++) ,from about 25-45...(In my 40's aches and pains were rampant)
Decided to stop fucking off and lost weight a few years ago-I wanted to see my abs again, and thought I needed to lose a solid 20 or so LBS(like we all do)
I didn't stop until I couldn't go anymore...I got down to 168 LBS, lost a total of 54 LBS start to finish, and never ever have felt better!
I can say with 100% certainty that the weight is the culprit for most everything as we get older. More energy, nothing hurts ,sleep better, BP lower, cholesterol lower, resting pulse lower, etc.
We all know the following, but it is worth pointing out...We put on a few lbs a year, and we get used to carrying it around...a few years go by, a few more lbs, a couple of missed workouts...next thing you know your 20-30 lbs overweight, but still look decent because we are athletic...However, the extra weight wreaks fucking havoc-
Thanks to some hair and being able to hold a conversation ( and some cabbage), I meet more females now than at any point in my life( isn't that the most important thing, or close to it?)-
Advise from K1RB? Lose weight!
