If you are old and no longer able to perform, why be in a relationship with a young attractive woman? It makes no sense. Date someone closer to your age and enjoy the companionship and the fact that you probably have a lot more in common. A younger woman is surely just using you for money and resources. The only reason to date a young attractive woman is for the sex. Once that goes, there is no reason to date them.

I am talking about a couple been together 20 years - one of them cant perform for a medical reason, or now disabled, or have a horrible disease etc or is obese/disabled like RatherBeFat.

If one loves their partner - why not under this circumstance ?
