These social media sites like facebook, Instagram, and twitter have become a nation wide utility of information sharing. They have no real competition. Since they are a utility they have become monopolies. They have all been caught censoring, limiting audiences for conservative sights by shadow banning, and even deleting comments. We have free speech in this country and they shouldn't hide behind we are a private company. As a utility they should be regulated for one sole purpose; to keep free speech flowing. If not we have propaganda and manipulation to the owners political view points. It's 1984 and Orwellian.
Don't get me going on the manipulation of the masses that search engines/browsers are involved in when politics is concerned.
