Goodmorrow!

I'll be in the Council Bluffs area today and tomorrow then hopscotching to Rodanthe for some R & R. Would anyone like to grab a coffee and discuss GetBig, bodybuilding or Life? It would be a wonderful time meeting some of the GetBig crew.

PM and put "MEETUP" in the title so I can get to those PM's first.

I was just having fun. Actually rode from the west side of the state to the east side on a bicycle in 5 days in that big bike tour they have every year. 500 miles in 5 days. The place is stuck in time literally. Some of the little towns I've seen look like they have been untouched and unchanged since the 1930's. Really cool to see. The people there are friendly to a fault.

One strange thing is that I saw one black person my entire 5 day stay in Iowa. Where are they hiding the brothers? I'm a white Hispanic and I was the darkest person I saw outside of the one black guy. No ethic people in Iowa. No blacks, Italians, Portuguese, Asians, Hispanics or anything else. Just the whitest people on earth.
