If I were to tell you you can be for comprehensive immigration reform without it being an emergency crisis to circumvent due process what would you say?

I would say for 2 years they've been denying it's a crisis while at the same time saying "climate change" is the real crisis. It's only been this week that they've changed their tune because they're getting their asses handed to them on literally everything else, so what's left? Blame Trump. How can you have "comprehensive reform" while advocating for sanctuary cities and doling out taxpayer money for benefits to illegals?

Go on YT and search Chiapas border problem or something of the sort.  There are a bunch of Haitians, Africans, and even Asians that were trying to get through in a mass of about 500 recently (like late last week).  The border authorities shut the gates, and they started rushing the gates and throwing objects at the glass window where an agent would sit in the little check point "office" (don't know what to call it...like in the movies where a guard is sitting inside a little building and opens the gates)

These people are getting on planes, and flying there from different countries and then making the trek to cross the U.S. border........yep, no crisis at all folks >:(

Your "border crisis" is a good 50 years old - at least you're seeing its true face now.

The democrats said the border was a crisis? I actually read the article you likely just read the headline of and it doesn't support your statements.

They have said it on cable news live shows.  Even Obama's former equivalent to that chick that was just let go/resigned has said it's absolutely a crisis, and beyond anything he ever dealt with or could imagine having to have had to deal with in his time in Obama's administration.  He stated 1,000 was a bad day, 2,000 would be a crisis, 4,000 he could not fathom and would not be able to be handled by our border security staffing levels.

The Democrats for years have acknowledged a need to tighten border security. They have not circumvented due process to obtain funds for a controversial fix. Can we agree on that?

I do agree the border is a huge problem.
But building that wall isn't the answer.

As the U.S. is such a racist and terrible country I have no idea why they want to come here.

BWAHAHAH!
Racist??
America??
Whaaaat???

You watch too much national news if you really believe that it is.  Fuck, you're in Vegas supposedly. ???  Do you see blacks, whites, hispanics, male, female, straight, and gays interacting all day long, or is every trip you take down the strip or every visit to the gym filled with people yelling n i gger, fa get, spi c, dy ke, cracker, etc across the way at one another? ::)

If the answer to that is yes, it's time to move my homo obsessed friend.  It means you're living in a really fucked up town.

I suspect you'll stay put though, as the answer is actually no, and that's with us all knowing that Vegas is in fact a really fucked up town.

It's the same thing with this "cops are killing innocent black people" bullshit.  You keep playing the same tape over and over and over to people, and eventually they start believing it even though it goes against everything they see around them, and what's on their local news.

Yes, there's assholes that become cops, but they are from all races.  In fact, %-wise I'd say that more minority cops are assholes and racists than white ones....and against their own people even.  The realities, statistics, and daily encounters of and on the job make them that way if they weren't already.  The job draws in people that seek power and authority, and often times those types of people are the ones that feel they've been wronged their whole lives, and being a cop is the ultimate way to get legal revenge.  I'm not just pulling that statement out of my ass either.

Having worked at multiple locations for a franchise that gave heavily discounted memberships to police, fire, fbi, and dea people I've known over 1000 from all those combined over the course of 25+ years working out.  In the 5+ years of working there, I'd say that I got to know at least 100 by first name (50+ first and last name...a few well enough to be invited to retirement parties even!), and have had enough conversations with them to throw out that statement, and believe it in my heart as truth.

That all being said, the amount of asshole cops vs good ones leans very much to the side of good ones that are just human like you and I.

So, "racist? america? what?"  The answer as a whole is NO!

Please try reading beyond the first sentence before asking for clarification Prudence.  Now that you're not being obnoxiously gay, it's clear your capable of having intelligent conversations.  This question is not the start to one.

I can’t wait until 2020 and Trump wins in the greatest landslide in history.

Then with his super-majority he can really go to work fixing the real problems America faces.

It will be hilarious to watch the Democrat Party go extinct in real-time.

Yeah.  They know Trump is going to find a way to do it, they know it's right, and they also know that voting against it would likely cost them their next election if they'd had enough votes.  Honestly, I think Pelosi and Chuck told who to cast votes just to make it look like they tried and they could keep at it with their "immoral" talk.
