2 - Chest, front/back delt, calves
3 - Back, rear delt, traps, abs
4 - Bicep/Tricep, abs

Right now I stay as heavy as my body will allow (on compound movements) but keeping my reps in the 6-10 range. Auxillary's in the 12-20 range. Sets vary but as an example, legs are in the 27-34 set range.
I don't take progress pics because I'm able to meet in person with my coach but most training pics are documented on my IG
