They lost me with The Force Awakens being a remake of A New Hope, ridiculous PC nonsense, and Ray being a 'Mary Sue" character.

They got me back with Rogue One.

Probably lost me forever with the sheer awfulness of The Last Jedi.

And I haven't even seen Solo.

Can't bring myself to do so.

But anyway...

Disney pisses all over the legacy characters and say "let the past die".  They attack the fans for complaining about how characters like Luke and Han Solo were treated.

....but then they use nostalgia from the original trilogy to sell their shitty new movie.  Now they are going to resurrect the Emperor just to piss all over him too.

Solo is pretty good, not as good as Rogue One but it's a solid movie.  I went in expecting it to suck and was pleasantly surprised.  Horribly marketed, which is weird for a Star Wars movie.

Exactly.  She defeated Kylo Ren in the first movie...........never swung a lightsaber before.  What fucking difference does it make if she beats him again in episode 9?

She also defeated Luke Skyawalker with a lightsaber, she can fly the Millennium Falcon better than Han Solo, and repair it better than Chewbacca.  

She is a perfect character with no flaws and no story arc.
