12-18 whole eggs?Hows the cholesterol?not that I believe cholesterol is bad.My dads cholesterol has been over 600 for 30 years and his triglycerides have been over 1000 for same amount of time.Just asking.

Dietary cholesterol has no effect on blood cholesterol levels.

I’ve heard that but not sure I believe it but at the same time like I said I don’t think cholesterol is bad.

Your body makes cholesterol.  Dietary cholesterol has no effect on cholesterol levels.  In any event it is unproven if high cholesterol levels are the cause of heart disease.

This has been proven for many years but some doctors still recommend a low cholesterol diet because they are uninformed.

It's generally accepted that arteriosclerosis (hardening of the arteries) is caused by inflammation of the arterial walls.  This is promoted by eating a diet high in simple carbs and sugars.

Your father's body is making all that cholesterol that is the cause of his very high levels.  That's unfortunate but it has nothing to do with his diet.

Do you also have this condition of abnormally high cholesterol and triglyceride levels?

Triglyceride levels can rise as a result of eating a diet containing hydrogenated fats which are found in processed foods like margarine, peanut butter, baked goods, coffee creamers, non-dairy whipped toppings, etc.  Your father's levels are out of sight and while eating hydrogenated fats can raise triglycerides, they could not alone be the cause.

In this case it is genetic so it's important to find out if you also have this problem.

In any event, manage your bodyfat % to a reasonable level, avoid hydrogenated foods, simple carb and sugary foods, eat fiber and exercise, including some form of cardio several times a week.

My levels are no where near his but my cholesterol is around 230 and triglycerides I believe we’re around 190.I do cardio 5-6 times a week and I’m constantly moving when working.

That's ok but not great as far as the bloodwork.  Way to go on the exercise.

I would take a look at the foods you are eating.  Check the levels of hydrogenated fats.  Processed foods are allowed to contain small amounts of hydrogenated fats and still list the amount as zero on the label.  Basically any processed food and prepared baked good has hydrogenated fats in it.

Look at the fat grams number on the label.  It will say zero hydrogenated fat but the various types of fat numbers won't add up to the total fat.  The difference is the actual hydrogenated fat amount in the product.

Don't eat margarine, Cool Whip, regular peanut butter.  Up your fiber intake.

Eat real butter, eggs, meat, real whipped cream, real cream or half n' half, organic peanut butter (no hydrogenated fat).

those guys gave all the science

-i do typically 6 whole eggs at one time. i mix them a bowl, add a tablespoon of Dijun mustard
-olive oil in pan - i cook them always keep them a little runny

i use super high quality eggs. Vital Farms is the brand that taste the best. $5.99 for 18 of them. which is cheap if you ask me.. compared to Costco noot cheap but in terms of pure quality protein. $5.99 a dozen is cheap for the nutrition i get from them! its a bargain

-i do use a tablespoon of ketchup - the high end shit is better. i hate to say it but it is.

ive never felt better or looked better in my life with the most of calories and content coming from whole eggs.

its like fucking rocket fuel.

i consume very little carbs or processed sugars (pretty much keto as close as i can be)

i find eggs digest better than steak or chicken - since many do not chew their food well and eggs go down smooth.

the higher end eggs - almost no gas... no farts

my skin, my hair etc. i am curious to see my blood work soon
