I had rifles growing up, but no pistols.
When I moved to NH from Mass in 1989 when we got married, I walked into a store, showed the guy my license,and bought that Jennings for like 30.00.
(He just looked at it (license), sold me the gun, no background checks back then in NH). So things have come a long way,and can get better. (As it relates to selling to crazies).

Anyways, the thing is pretty well made, still shoots fine after 30 years. When Jennings went up for sale, a long time employee bought the place.
Not sure how they are these days. (Jiminez Arms).

30 bucks---damn. Today you can barely get 100 rounds for that price.
I grew up in NYC where owning one is out of the question. I'd never even touched a gun, moved to the wild wild west and went bezerk.
The gun violence here is more than what I thought it would be seeing as everybody has firearms and most people CCW. More guns here than in Texas?? wow.
I don't think I could live in a state that didn't allow it. These filthy animals are killing everybody.
