If those lifting numbers were for real then you were a beast.  Don't know your age but you can't cycle steroids forever. Regarding physique have you ever seen how many chicks soccer players get? A six foot 175lbs guy in classy clothes with decent hair and face makes out like a bandit. I learned this hanging with a German soccer friend at the club house after the games. Hot chicks were everywhere. Focus on a career, house, wife and family.  Priorities is what makes you a winner. Being jacked living in your mother's house being the popular jacked guy in the club has a short shelf life. Train making it a part of your life and not the focus of your life. Train with the object of health, endurance and strength but give up juicing. If any exercise hurts give it up. You will look amazing but never a freak but that's okay.  Every jacked juicer I knew in college is either dead, injured or look like they never did anything athletic in their entire life. Can't count how man times I have had an old gym friend take an old crumpled up picture out of their wallet showing  how they looked in the old days. It's sad because they are standing right in front of me looking worst than guys that have never trained in their life. I have to stop typing. All this beer is turning me into a philosopher.
Spot on!

At my peak I totaled 1650 raw at under 220. Front squats with 405 and 300lb standing overhead presses were a regular thing. Now injuries have derailed me and I’m just a mere mortal  :-\

But really fellas is getting huge and jacked a waste of time? I get more pussy looking like a regular guy than I ever did when I was a fucking freak. Seems like a waste of time the health route makes the most sense  all that matters in life is how much money you make and the women you fuck and how well you fuck and being good in bed requires health and stamina..best to focus on career and being an animal in bed.

You look good currently flint. At your peak you were impressive but seriously just achieving that should be good enough!

Guys lift for other guys. Not in a gay way, but as a sign of superiority. Women are fickle- often a nice suit and a good face are enough. Look at the fans of the James Bond character.

The most important aspect of any fitness or sporting activity should be: 1) Do you like doing it? and 2) Am I hurting myself doing it? Lifting to injury or in spite of bad injuries really makes no sense.  i work out heavy once a week and bicycle ride 3-4X a week. This keeps me fit, healthy and it definitely slows down aging. All that is good enough.

That Booty Bandits are the group that responds most favorably to large muscles is a bitter pill for lifters to swallow.

You look fine dude.

Focus on being lean for this period of life.  Let your condition be your freak factor like your size once was.

I’m a total health freak now. Buy everything from the local farmers market, health and wellness shots, every day I do at least 45 minutes of cardio on the beach. 3-4 strength training workouts per week.

For sure. The only thing I would consider at this point is Olympic lifting which I originally started in. IMO those guys are the best athletes on the planet. To be able to clean and jerk 400-500 pounds is just unreal and requires incredible speed, strength, coordination and technique. Powerlifting and bodybuilding are kind of boring to me. I’d have to get my squat in the 600’s to be competitive though. Once my I tried heal up I’ll start training for that 2-3 years and see what I can do at 29-30. It’s a young guys sport so I really only have 3-5 years to be competitive

I don't think any of the top ten Olympia guys can clean and jerk 315lbs. Always said power is the most important physical attribute in sport and that is exactly what Olympic lifting is.Punching, jumping and sprinting all demonstrate power.  Power lifting should be called strength lifting. Having said that there are no weak Olympic lifters.

Flint has always been impressive, only thing letting him down was lack of mass on triceps. Had all the big lifts to build them but they always lacked behind. I’m guessing a genetic thing, you look middle eastern? They are known for weak limbs, especially triceps.
