I've said this before, but I check Yahoo News almost every night before I go to bed. It's when they put out the stories that they want to build off of for the next day, AND when they try to slip in the ones that they want to go away while being able to say "yeah, we covered that" if shit goes south. This was one of the latter types Wednesday night.
I had the view on in the living room while I was posting, and checking emails earlier. I only walked in to watch it when I heard a couple questions. They were mostly throwing him fluffers, but when this came up my ears perked and I caught a bit of him. He didn't know what to say. I'm just going of of memory from what I heard, but it seemed like he walked himself into why Kavanaugh was rightly granted his seat. LOL!
He's a pile of trash. As much as I hated the batshit crazy regressive left, and especially the Justice Democrats.......they are right....he's part of the old establishment, particularly the Clinton-Obama establishment that needs to be gone from our political system forever. That Ukrainian and Chinese stuff along with Anita are going to destroy his chances. Maybe not in the primary, as I think the DNC still does not want Bernie (thank God!), but if he makes it to the general this stuff will kill him.
Hopefully, Trump and the Republicans are smart enough to mostly shut up and not spend any real money during the primaries. These dems are going to eat each other alive during the primaries. If I'm being honest, my biggest fear about 2020 is Trump not being able to control himself from using zingers, one-liners, and stone cold truth b4 the primaries are over. I don't know if he'll be able to contain himself now that the Mueller report showed no collusion. He has to remember that until the primaries are done, or there's a clear winner....he has no competition at all.
