Yeah I live in mass and everyone I know is moving to western mass where you get a 3500 sf house for what you pay for a 1800 sf house elsewhere in mass.I couldn’t do it as there is nothing there and I would feel to far from civilization.

I built a house a very long time ago in Belchertown MA. I could take the Harley to the Quabbin in ten minutes and loved it!

Got sick of MA taxes and made the move to NH.

I failed to mention I was working in NYC before the move so was happy to be in the country. It was fun for a few years but then got old!

No sales, income or cap gain tax and 30 miles from Boston so not really in the boondocks.
