He's off probation as of a few months ago according to Arizona court records.

He also to pay something in restitution, I think in this case to the State.

Don't understand the fascination with people's personal matters on here, but then again some people bring it on themselves with the pics they post on their own. That's pretty much giving the green light to get lit up. If people aren't giving out their name and face pics, their private biz should be left alone.

Maybe it got dropped. It was in Maricopa county, but there are no pleas entered or anything else, so I doubt it will cause him any grief.

Well, if you do time you kinda wind up online. I hope this guy can turn his life around but that's entirely up to him.

Oh, I know....I wasn't on MM more than here during his heyday from what I recall, but I do remember you're saying about him to be true. That's why I qualified it. Some people do reap what they sow, and I can't argue he's not one of them.
