Some women with age and kids get fat along with being lazy. Some women are thin but it's no credit to them. They are out of shape but genetically have a medium to thin build.  I give a lot of credit to women that lift hard and do cardio hard. One incredible example in my gym. She works out really hard and her body reflects that. Some women never exercise a day in their life and have a decent figure into their 50's and beyond. If you want to see some women with great bodies enter a charity 5K.  Many in shape women of all ages in the under 24 minute range.
