Don't care about the conference, their cause or even about the rest of the speakers, but for fuck's sake, could Phil have not opted for a regular photo to be used of him? You know, possibly sporting a smile, while wearing a nice suit?

I mean really, it looks like a panel of civilized people that has been taken hostage by a naked, black man that doesn't appear to be too happy with his circumstances.
