Rhoden can't do huge amounts of drugs for pro-longed periods, he has had issues already so he needs to take extended brakes and then hit it hard for 12-16 weeks max in the run up to the Olympia. Better that way than fry a kidney and not doing the show at all.

Yeah but he still is on stage in posing trunks hitting bodybuilding poses.

If these guys dont want people commenting on what they look like 20 weeks out they can stay off the stage and keep their clothes on.

Shawn is the champ so he knows what hes doing. But compared to everyone else on stage and especially compared to his Olympia winning physique from a few months ago, he looks small and soft.

It's no different from commenting on a NFL draft prospects 40 time at the combine. Fast or slow the 40 doesn't mean much on the field if the dude cant play.

If Shawn wins his off season shape wont matter. If he loses everyone will refer to this video as the reason why.

Shawn is a pro and he knows what is what, the fans critiques shouldn't bother him.

Agreed. Very Goodrum-Like, but I think a better example would be Paul Dillet - wide shoulders, long and full arms, and overall long muscle bellies.

We joke about this a lot, but Goodrum is structurally very wide. Would be cool to see Melvin on a proper IFBB gear cycle.
