Here's a nugget of wisdom gentlemen and ladies. I was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis several years ago. It was debilitating. I searched near and far, high and low for a cure. "They" say there's not a cure. I never believe anything "they" say. The Most High provides natural cures...I was guided to the trace mineral boron. Through research I've found that it's been depleted from our soil, which means it's been depleted in us.
I came across youtube videos of people drinking borax, the detergent booster. I thought they were nuts. I read a article called the borax conspiracy. You can Google it. My mind was blown. I knew this was the key. I went to Walmart and bought at box of borax for 4.99. cents. It was on the bottom shelf sitting there unassuming. I thought to myself, could this box of borax, that I think k of as detergent booster really heal me it seems nuts. I went home and prepared the concoction 5mg or a rounded teaspoon of borax in a glass bottle with a quart of distilled water. Shake. Each teaspoon of the liquid is 3mg of boron. So 2 teaspoons or 6 mg of boron daily would show effects and I can increase the dosage from there. This is daily. For a couple weeks. Well, because I wasn't paying attention to the measurements I ended up drinking the entire liter every day for a week. I stopped because I didn't like the taste and my back pain subsided. My daily accidental dose was 606 mg vs. 6. God has always looked after me and this is no different so I suffered no ill effects from the experiment. I can report, that my back pain is gone. It's been gone and has shown no signs of returning. I take care of myself through exercise, diet, fasting, following Gods Laws. I can't say I'm that surprised by the results because we're lied to about so much. Borax/Boron has several other uses including increasing free testosterone up to 30% in some studies and lowering you some other markers, estrogen and a binding hormone. Do your research it's out there, I'm just here to drop nuggets. I so recently had some labs done for free as a part of my job.. my overall test levels were 1113 on a scale of 280-1100. Yes, these are my natural test levels at what will be 40 years old in a couple months. I'm a beast right? WRONG! My free test levels were 12 on a scale of 1 - 27 and she was 97 on a scale of 1-95. Good being 14, the lower the better. So I have all this potential and no way to release it. The doc said if I could lower she and increase free test, I would be a different person. Well, again I did my research and came across boron. The studies showed within a week of 10-15mg dosage daily, free test increased shbr decreased and estrogen decreased. I'll report back results.
