Yes... Ferrigno got paid to be back in 92' ....  of course there was this other federation offering a lot of money as well.....

that MR.O was the most announced Olympia ever on mainstream tv thanks to LOU ..  And Weider sales were really at its highest point ..


Kai is a nobody outside Bodybuilder , but on Olympia stage he's more popular than the top six combined  ....and probably better make no mistake

Yes they should pay him, the Mr O is so damn desperate it's funny...it's going down the tubes and they're hoping Dan Solomon can save it.

I really think that at this point, winning the O would be fairly easy for kai.  He is beyond Roden at this stage and Heath is in decline.

Kai shouldn't be paid to enter a contest...thats just plain nonsense. But it would be wonderful to see Kai pose next to the others. Kai has slabs of beefy muscle, his legs and back are very dense.

From people directly and firmly connected to the Olympia? No.The special invite is fine, but nothing else. It would be a smack in the face to the other competitors (yes, the special invite could be seen as one too, but it has the potential to be a double edge sword for the invited competitor). If some supplement company offers him x amount of dollars to represent them on the Olympia stage, that's fine too.

Kai should take advantage of it. The old Weider guard is gone, AMI has bigger problems to worry about, the Olympia line up is lackluster, and the World has changed a good bit in the last few years. I doubt the "grapefruit incident" is as big deal now, even though it was just a half a decade ago.

Now's the time if he wants it.

so the problem with paying him is that other people would be jealous and want to be paid too? well they dont bring to the olympia stage what he does.

this is no different than ufc paying brock lesnar a lot of money, other fighters may be better, more deserving a title fight etc but they dont bring what brock does.

mr olympia should be about having the best bodybuilders in the world on the same stage. period. WHATEVER IT TAKES!
