If a pregnant woman is murdered, the suspect is charged with double homicide, do you think that's right that that suspect faces 2 counts of murder?

Yes. As far as I know the baby didn't do any of that. You have no concept of consistency. I wouldn't be happy but that is moreso to do with the action of the rapist, etc.
