The sources you cite do not say Obama told him not to hire Flynn because he was under investigation. When called out on this, you say it’s playing “semantics”. That’s just not true.

I do understand what you mean, and your prob right that it's not semantics. However the point still remains that Trump hired him after being fired from the previous administration. Everybody warned him. Obama himself that warned Trump not to hire him. What is the reason for that?? Seems like he would have to have a really good reason to hire him and an even BIGGER reason to realize he fucked up and then fire him so quickly.

- Elijah Cummings wrote a letter to Vice President Pence warning him about Flynn.
- Chris Christie told Jared and Ivanka about Flynn but they ignored him because he threw Jared's daddy in prison.
- Flynn himself told McGahn that he was under investigation.
- Sally Yates told McGahn that the Justice Dept was concerned about Flynn.
- The FBI even warned Trump's campaign about Flynn's issues and how Russia could use him to infiltrate the campaign.
