You just said you did the 160’s for sets of 8??
I was just sprucing up my numbers for effect.

That said...my max bench press was 315 for 8 - full reps, but bounced.
I suspect I could have hit the 160 dumbbells on the flat for 2-4...may have required a boost/lift-off. Not sure if that translates.
Only one gym in my city goes over 140's. In fact, unless something has changed, only two gyms go to 140's. One maxes out at the 140's, and one goes over the 140's. The heaviest gym in my city is owned by Thunder Bay's Strongest Man himself, Kyle Rayner.
