This is key. At 40 heavy aas use must stop. Training and lifestyle should be geared towards health and a good set of abs in order to not look like a douche.
if I would ever write a book or program it would be for guys who are big and are getting older and how to 180 degree turn and become lean and mean. fyi Mesomorphs - if they do not trim down... they become endomorphs. most older juicers are denial too.
if i would ever do a program - ex football players, bigger dudes who have muscle and are done with the big look. pretty much the program in a nutshell is get rid of all inflammation, keto diet, tons of hot yoga (4-5x per week) train 2x a week (upper body/lower body) really focus on trimming down their waist priority #1.
lots of will power items - cold showers, hot saunas, and fasting as well too.
professional meal plans as well. the program would be a more older effluent guy who is willing to spend money - the 5x day week gym guy who needs to trim down. plus they need an earful of comments too. gotta get real with them

-plus gravity is a bitch - those giant juiced up arms, and pecs, they will sag too
-high blood pressure
-kidneys
-liver
-that aged inflammation look/bloat look
i am glad i was fucking a big dude from 18 to 23 - it was fun and glad i did when it was younger. i got big again 2015 and came close to a lean 20 inch arm.
