You must take into consideration that for years women have been condemned for their sexual behaviour. In some societies through history even burnt alive like witches. Muslims still inflict severe punishment upon a woman that is promiscious. Same with gay people. Blame the society. You strike me as a smart fellow, i would advise you to pick up a copy of “sex at dawn” . Use this knowledge to your advantage, not toward hatred.

Anyway, women have ran their course in my life. I am just sick of the lies. Basically, women are the most coddled demographic on the planet, and now take issues from 90 years ago and claim victim status. It's absurd. Meanwhile, only in 2007 did family courts in Canada finally JUST become egalitarian.
Literally decades of pandering to women, to only just now FINALLY achieving fairness to men.

Back to your point - I have no idea what you are talking about when you say women are judged for being sexual. Sluts will be judged in that women have a limited reproductive potential and are by nature more discerning/selective in terms of partners, and have a lot more on the line in terms of their sexual health if they contract a sexual infection. For this reason, women on the extreme end of the sexual bell curve are judged - and rightfully so.
As for women having some sexual interest - no one cares.
Sluts of both gender are loathsome, but men have unlimited reproductive potential, so it is a viable evolutionary strategy to spread your seed far and wide. Both male and female sluts cause problems, like spread incurable gonorrhea, for example. For female sluts are putting themselves at greater risk, so naturally they are judged more harshly [more than anything - by other women].
As for women having an interest in sex being judged - I have no clue what you are talking about.
Either way, I shouldn't be expected to tolerate a gender that watches rape porn in mass numbers, but then complains about eye contact over five seconds.
