It still existed fot a long time and it was hilarious... Huge hit with my friends and some of my co-workers! Sadly got taken down due to copyright laws. I may have a downloaded copy somewhere.

Thanksb so much...I'm in Florida now yes... I had moved out to California for a couple of years but found my way back East as my company has a major site out here as well.
With respect to my work outs, I train for about 1 and a half hours first thing in the morning. 5 days a week.
I start off with 30 minutes HIIT cardio on the elliptical then an hour or somedays an hour and 15 mins with the weights.
I don't do as much free weights as I used to, definitely spend much more time on machines, this is primarily to avoid injury. I do two to three exercises per muscle group with about 6-8 sets each and a combination of light and heavy (for me) sets.
My split is typically like this:
Sunday - Legs:
Leg press
Leg Extensions or outer thigh machine
Stiff legged deadlift on the Smith machine
Monday - Off
My first meeting every Monday is at 6 am, this is typically one of my busiest days of the week so I just take it off completely from the gym
Tuesday - Chest
Machine bench press
Pec Dec
Hammer strength incline press
Wednesday - Back
Wide grip lat pull downs
Seated rows... I change it up every few week, sometimes close grip sometimes wide
Straight arm pill downs or shrugs
Thursday - Shoulders
Machine shoulder press
Seated lateral raises machine
Hammer Strength shoulder presses
Friday - Arms
Seated alternating curls cable machine
Preacher curls machine
(Somedays I will do a few dumbbell curls too)
Tricep extensions/push downs
Overhead tricep machine (when I'm not injured, which I currently am)
Saturday - Cardio only.
I'll do my normal HIIT on the elliptical and if I'm up for it somedays I'll also add in another 30 mins fast walk on the treadmill at a very e steep incline.
