Step one in France is to cut off all social services to non residents. No free apartment, no monthly money, no free cell phone, no utility assistance, and no free health care. If they want to come let them live in the street because most of them don't work to begin with. It will slow the invasion to a crawl. Portugal might be the genius of Europe. They tell the EU they will take in Muslims but they are broke. The Muslims say F Portugal and go to Germany, England, France and the Scandinavian countries. Portugal won't give them all the free benefits so they can have more kids for more free stuff. Another thing they can implement is on criminal offense and you are gone. I don't care if it's littering. You're not a citizen.
