I don't see what the problem is?  The store owner has a zero weapons policy.  The employee knew this, and carried a weapon anyway. 

My employer also has a zero weapons policy.  I like my job.  Therefore, I don't bring weapons to work. 

The employee should find a job that allows weapons.  Problem solved.   ???

I wear a lot of tight clothing, so concealment of a larger firearm is difficult.  However, if I'm going into a rough neighborhood, I'll wear something a little baggier, and take my 41.   8)
