6am: Egg white omlet, protein shake.
10am: Gritts, slice of apple and pear, raisins.
1pm: Salmon Steak, house salad
3pm: Protein shake/Cliff Bar
5pm: Two Hot Pockets/diet soda/no salt crackers (Clean Bulk Only, if cutting replace with Lean Pockets)
8pm: Light tuna salad with tomatos and carrots.
11pm Protein Shake/Full glass of Apple cider vinegar.
3am: Wake Up in the middle of night for supplments/GABA and Protein shake (While On Clean Bulk Only)
