Frank McGrath - 2004.
« on: May 29, 2019, 08:32:09 PM »
Frank's conditioning was better years later, but I liked his look here. He was just under 240-lb, and his waist was 29".

On MuscleMayhem, TA's waist his 29" after a weight cut, and he said it was hard buying pants with a waist that small. Under by Mayhem gimmick Listerine, I asked TA "Have you considered a belt?" ;D

Then McGrath posted "My waist was 29" when I was 230-lb."

So I'm assuming that was between his CBBF Canadian Nationals win or the 2004 Toronto Pro below. I talked to Ron Partlow about this...I think Frank may have competed in the super-heavyweight division in 2003 to win his pro card as a very ripped light-heavyweight. Ron may have placed 2nd to Frank there. MuscleMemory would know. ;D

I can't seem to attach this photo from this phone. Here it is:

Alpha Antoine borrowed it from RedCon kitchen, and embarrassed ASPD beta Frank by taking it into 212's Gym to cook, to make more Gains.

Exactly what I was about to ask him. The man seems to have no clue, and is clearly a bender.

Nothing wrong with that. Just saying. Maybe Sgt. Barnes needs to come out?
